Can someone guide me to more info about the Rep system on the site. How do you guys handle it?

You have probably already noticed that you can build and receive reputation points by just posting on the forum. You can also give/receive these by hitting the plus/minus buttons on the left side by the user's name. When you give points the person receives a vote.

These votes are viewable. You can click "votes" next to my name for example and see who I've given and received points from.

Typically, if you think someone has done a great job on a post or helped you out immensley you can use some of your points and vote them up.

If you think someone's advice is really terrible you can take points away, but generally speaking you don't see this very much.

That's basically it on the points. If you have a more specific question about it I'd contact "Chief" he's the main moderator on the forum for stuff like that.
