Hey,
I realize that I am quick to judge a site but it was really hard to dig up a few great posts and stuff. The reason I post in the newb section is that I can't post anywhere else without enough pposts. I should be more helpful and dig up some of my old posts on Different subjects I feel like pointing out.

I am usually a really great and positive guy. Hell, i've learned to have great solid inner game. True that my link leads to a site with affliate but I only join that program to easily link people to The Free Ebook that can cover all the posts mainly in this section. I mean I got those questions all the time and no one would understand when I wrote RTFCC(Read the fucking Crash Course). I will ever now and then anwer a simple question but it's just so much easier if they read the encyclopedia.

But since I have really only posted a few times I guess it's not so fair for me to find fault with the site. I will in the future(when I get access to the PUA lounge) post more detailed posts on inner game. Untill then I will try to be more positive and helpful to these forums. I sometimes forget that I once too was an AFC. Well, actually, a WBAFC.

p.s- call me X I'm here now!

I'm not going to write a long response to this post because it would be a waste of my time.

Anyway, I understand that you have concerns with the site, but I don't think you have been on the site long enough, nor have I, for you to make the statements you made.

I've noticed threads on the stuff you talked about, maybe you have to read more carefully? And since you are a great pick up artist we all could use your help so many you could start some more threads that would increase all of our knowledge.

you've been here for a week and you're already throwing criticism?
...you must be a prick.

this forum is a "lair" where people come together to discuss different techniques and ideas and to ask for help with things. it is NOT a fucking ebook that claims to be the alpha and omega of PU.

there are PLENTY of threads covering EVERYTHING you mentioned, from the WHY to the basics to inner game. just do a search and you can prove yourself wrong, i'm not going to bother. i've made my point.

seeing as you're such an expert and willing to crit a whole fucking forum, come amaze us and make a few valuable posts of your own. this one doesnt count because of it's lack of substance for an argument and the fact that IN MY OPINION you're full of shit.

prove me wrong and i'll apologize, but until then... i'm waiting.

(btw - this is the NEWBIE QUESTIONS section, not idiot rant section)

Here's a link to a Free Ebook called Crash Course, don't click TNB because then it's called advertisting. I just want you all to get the information I got when I was an AFC. http://www.seductionbasics.blogspot.com/ I don't care if I get boote or whatever but jut let the people have all the opportunities everyone should be allowed to know for free.

You don't have to say something like "Don't click TNB cuz Chief called it advertising." I told another guy that his link was an affiliate link which may have been related to some kind of fishy referral system. Your blogspot link is just fine.

Thank you for your this post, though, Xseducer. I'm going to man up and take some responsibility here, and I hope many others follow suit.

Many a time I have been pissed at a newbie for asking a simple question where they could have done a search and gotten great answers. I realize, however, that the search bar on the upper right corner of the screen sucks, and people actually have to go through all the trouble of using the search page to get any halfway decent search results.

Your post has inspired me to repeat myself more from now on for the sake of raising this forum's quality. I've made lots of posts in the past - like half a year ago - that address each and every one of your grievances, but now I realize that old posts aren't so easy to track down. I ask all the other mods and knowledgeable forum members to do the same. Instead of telling guys to "DAFS (Do A Fucking Search)," let's actually repeat the good advice we want to give, or at least use copy&paste. Old posts aren't as representative of the forum's current quality and maturity as the newer ones are.

The why to the what and how, advanced material, natural game, inner game... these are all things I like to focus on in terms of pickup. I apologize for not taking as much initiative as I could have to make my posts about these topics more present and integrated with the forum's general pool of wisdom, but if you stick around you WILL be seeing more.

Also, I really hope to see the people who are going to attend my $20 workshop in early December to participate more in the forum afterward to share the wealth and love.

Right after Gambler promoted me to be one of the Site Administrators, I rallied the rest of my fellow Moderators to commit ourselves to adding as much value to our forum community as we could so that we could see an increase in quality. I really think we're on the right path on that. We may have been slacking in some senses, but I think we've been doing a pretty fair job... but yes, the work isn't finished yet.

Ever since our change in leadership many months ago, we've:
>added a rating system to help identify quality threads
>added written forum rules to promote smoother discussions
>added two new Moderators to help govern the forum and to highlight their excellent wisdom in pickup
>switched servers for a faster site
>added a "Relationship" section which is going great
>increased the quality of the PUA Lounge by making sure that the people who start threads there have at least 50 posts
>implemented a system to give some people a chance in getting PMZ membership for free
>gotten some famous "gurus" to participate on our forum somewhat
>added more security to protect the site from automatic spam posts
>a lot of tech updates I can't explain cuz I don't understand lol
>unbanned a lot of good people that the old owner banned out of personal reasons
>provided a free audio interview with AFC Adam Lyons and Sinn for all the forum members
>added more material to the PMZ (I've added an audio interview I did with a "natural" and it condenses a great natural mindset in 30 mins time)
>started having more fun in the chat room :)
>begun working on a new free ebook for newbies that explains all the basics and more
>begun working on updating the newbie FAQ

More changes are coming and more quality is being brought onto this forum every day. If you think the pace of growth isn't fast enough for you... I agree. Let's all push ourselves to make this the best place for people to come and improve their lives through our art, even if it means being horribly redundant in the quality advice we give.

Oh, and of course, I welcome you, Xseducer, to become a part of our process of change into becoming a forum more about giving value and providing quality material. Think of our community as a beautiful woman. Leave her better than you found her.

It is very easy to miss the great stuff that people post on the forum. There are many thousands of active members, most of which don't post frequently and have less articulate writing styles as a result. Most of those members are also still trying to learn what makes women tick, thus they make posts without the knowledge of why things work and so they don't even attempt to explain it, or they don't see the value in the why and only care about whether it does work or not. Personally I think that the best way to learn is by focusing on why things work and not how or whether they work, it has helped me tremendously, so to anyone reading this, if you fall into that catagory, it would benefit you more to surmise the reason why things work and be wrong, because then you learn more.

Xseducer, I think that if you spent some time finding out who the really good members on the forum are and reading their stuff, you'd find that you're basing a lot of your judgements soley on new guys. Check the post counts of the guys and the number of votes they have (neither of those are absolute ways of telling quality, but it's a start). Guys like Chief, Hobbit, Locke, Ace_of_Spades, Solomon II (previously Dalziel in case he changes his name back), Roads, Zip, xfman, The Doctor, JSmooth, myself (I have to be the most notoriously long posting member here and it's because 95% of what I DO is explain "the why") and many others who have helped to make this forum really great.

Take another look around before you pass judgement so quickly.

one point in particular, point 4 on your list.

quality-posts-about-confidence-vt8780.html

i personally believe that these are real quality posts, and many of them are as benficial as any other information i have came across on the internet.
I really think that you want to find fault with the site, I mean, of course not 100% of the posts are going to be filled with life changing insight, but there are many more great posts on this sight than could possibly be read within a week of browsing
