Here's a link to a Free Ebook called Crash Course, don't click TNB because then it's called advertisting. I just want you all to get the information I got when I was an AFC.

You don't have to say something like "Don't click TNB cuz Chief called it advertising." I told another guy that his link was an affiliate link which may have been related to some kind of fishy referral system. Your blogspot link is just fine.
Thank you for your this post, though, Xseducer. I'm going to man up and take some responsibility here, and I hope many others follow suit.
Many a time I have been pissed at a newbie for asking a simple question where they could have done a search and gotten great answers. I realize, however, that the search bar on the upper right corner of the screen sucks, and people actually have to go through all the trouble of using the search
page to get any halfway decent search results.
Your post has inspired me to repeat myself more from now on for the sake of raising this forum's quality. I've made lots of posts in the past - like half a year ago - that address each and every one of your grievances, but now I realize that old posts aren't so easy to track down. I ask all the other mods and knowledgeable forum members to do the same. Instead of telling guys to "DAFS (Do A Fucking Search)," let's actually repeat the good advice we want to give, or at least use copy&paste. Old posts aren't as representative of the forum's current quality and maturity as the newer ones are.
The why to the what and how, advanced material, natural game, inner game... these are all things I like to focus on in terms of pickup. I apologize for not taking as much initiative as I could have to make my posts about these topics more present and integrated with the forum's general pool of wisdom, but if you stick around you WILL be seeing more.
Also, I really hope to see the people who are going to attend my $20 workshop in early December to participate more in the forum afterward to share the wealth and love.
Right after Gambler promoted me to be one of the Site Administrators, I rallied the rest of my fellow Moderators to commit ourselves to adding as much value to our forum community as we could so that we could see an increase in quality. I really think we're on the right path on that. We may have been slacking in some senses, but I think we've been doing a pretty fair job... but yes, the work isn't finished yet.
Ever since our change in leadership many months ago, we've:
>added a rating system to help identify quality threads
>added written forum rules to promote smoother discussions
>added two new Moderators to help govern the forum and to highlight their excellent wisdom in pickup
>switched servers for a faster site
>added a "Relationship" section which is going great
>increased the quality of the PUA Lounge by making sure that the people who start threads there have at least 50 posts
>implemented a system to give some people a chance in getting PMZ membership for free
>gotten some famous "gurus" to participate on our forum somewhat
>added more security to protect the site from automatic spam posts
>a lot of tech updates I can't explain cuz I don't understand lol
>unbanned a lot of good people that the old owner banned out of personal reasons
>provided a free audio interview with AFC Adam Lyons and Sinn for all the forum members
>added more material to the PMZ (I've added an audio interview I did with a "natural" and it condenses a great natural mindset in 30 mins time)
>started having more fun in the chat room

>begun working on a new free ebook for newbies that explains all the basics and more
>begun working on updating the newbie FAQ
More changes are coming and more quality is being brought onto this forum every day. If you think the pace of growth isn't fast enough for you... I agree. Let's all push ourselves to make this the best place for people to come and improve their lives through our art, even if it means being horribly redundant in the quality advice we give.
Oh, and of course, I welcome you, Xseducer, to become a part of our process of change into becoming a forum more about giving value and providing quality material. Think of our community as a beautiful woman. Leave her better than you found her.
