I have been working on campus with this girl a few days a week. I have known her for a few months and have had small successes but mostly no real positive progress. At work she is very interested and flirty. I have used inner game effectively on our daily interactions and have been able to shift out of the work environment to get coffee on campus afterwards a few times. However, I finally decided that it was time for us to get off campus. She agreed to go out but then a few hours before we planned to leave she came up with an excuse.
At that moment I decided I would be done with the situation and not try to take things anything further then friends. I stopped with all the attention and flirting and this led her to start texting me all the time. The other night she asked if I was going out to the bars and informed me that she would meet me out. We had a lot of natural kino (arms around each other, touching during conversation). However, we came back to campus in a group and I made the mistake of not isolating before the evening ended. I realized my mistake and tried to ammend it by shooting her a text and seeing if she was still awake so we could meet up but she had already gone to sleep. Where do I go next with this situation? Am I reading too much into this?
