A few days ago an HB in the set I was working with negged me. I played along and teased her a bit, but the situation took me rather off guard since I did not expect girls to actually neg as well.

Is this common? Is it a subset of a shit test or something entirely different? (it didn't seem like one at least - a textbook example of a neg if I ever saw one)

How do I respond to such a situation in the future?

it was pure shit test, she wanted to see if you were the person you portrayed or whether you would fold/be knocked of you pedestal by a tiny bit of criticism. Just don't react and carry on.

the most fun i've had with girls are with ones who negged me back.
dial up the c&f and tease the crap out of her, she's already shown that she can dish it and take it. its fun as hell and you would immediately differentiate yourself from the AFC guys who always just ignore her negs or who dont know how to pop one back.

be careful to not sound like a dick though. the key here is to keep a very playful tone and to smile. if she's laughing then you're golden.

you can also easily get in a lot of kino with girls that tease you back. poke her, bump her, take her hair and smell it and say "hmmm, smells nice for a wig" etc

actually this reminds me of a girl I destroyed at a bar a few weeks back, FR in body language etc under audacious vs style. She talked a good game then cried and went home

I did man literally I was going with it in a fun way, I got some IOIs literally everything was going fine then I was like there is playful banter but she was actually just being bitchy so I ejected and she went nuts. She chatted to my wing after and she was just literally unstable or something and was being a bitch for the sake of it.

Just Be Cocky. yesterday this one girl in my class negged me. I was sitting down in what i thought was my seat and my friend jaime comes and says hey get out of my seat (i havent been in that class in like a week and the teacher probably gave him my seat) I just said this is my seat and he sat behind me then the HB that sits next to me says " Hes just sitting there so he can cheat" (she said this with a smile).(I have a reputation as a cheater in that class) i responded in a CF way by saying "Yeah" then the HB says "Are you going to cheat off me" and im like "yeah" (she laughs) and says " O NOO". haha I love girls that neg me.

PUA: you? nah, your handwriting is too ugly / i actually want to pass (using both might be overkill if you dont know the girl that well yet, but either one on its own will have her smiling and calling you mean or something)
