While walking.. push her into something... "Ohh hey.. ya.. watch out for that"
or
"Ohhh that looks sharp and pointy..." *push her into it lightly (not enough she goes into it.. but just enough to get her off balance) _________________ MAKE WOMEN APPROACH YOU! With Passive Openers.

That second one is hard to picture but is a good move as 9/10 they step in and towards you especially if approached from behind and you having your arm slightly around them gives the impression of you protecting them.
Also in clubs it is very easy to be in contact with the target of a set especially if you are slightly turned away from them, as you are facing the other direction and so are not a threat to them (the equivalent of someone brushing past you on a train facing away from you).
I will try to think of some more and if I get really bored may make a short guide to kino escalation.

It's weird ass shit but my wing makes it work all the time.
Now if this creepy style CAN work . . . you should feel confident that natural kino situations work 100% all the time, every time. It's natural to talk about fantasy vacations and say, "Oh yeah . . . we're totally going to climb Mount Everest!" - High five! . . . "OK, OK . . . Shake on it. . . ."
It's totally natural to hold her elbow a bit to get her attention and go, "Look, look . . . that chipmunk's got an acorn in it's mouth!"
. . . She does or says something where she's fishing for a compliment and you put your arm around her, squeeze her in, "Oh . . . you're so sweet . . ."
So many more . . .
You have to accept that "touching" is the natural thing to do and standing there like some frigid robot is the very unnatural thing to do. Sometimes, you will run into girls with certain histories and issues. Take my word for it. . . if they're frigid and uncomfortable with touching now, they will NEVER be comfortable with it. Pursuing women like these will give you big fat headache. You can't change anyone.
Flip this around and it's the same. Most people want to be touched. The want TO touch. Women find guys that are clammy and they run. . .
