what do you do after you use the opener?

ok so today i saw this 8 brunette n i descided to opener her with the shoe opener, talk started goin on, but then once we stopped talking about the opener, i jus went blank n realized i didnt know wat to use after that?
help needed on what to say after using the opener?

Pickup on things she said about the opener and then playfully neg her on it
