a lot of things are very relevant to the situation where others can just be a general guideline. we cant really help if we dont know what happened before she said "not today"

depending on her tone and the situation, "not today" could mean "maybe tomorrow if i feel more comfortable with you" or it could be her ASD kicking in or it could be "not ever, i'm just being nice"

but yes, i'd assume that generally if she says something like "not today" that you could take it as meaning "maybe tomorrow, or the day after". according to mystery and style, you can work around this by freezing them out a bit and backing off (2 steps forward, one step back type of thing) but i havent tried it (at least not for "not today" etc) so i can't really give advice on how to get around her denying you.

All three were over text, it was like 3am, and we kept talking after each response. Also I know she's interested in me.
