As your game progresses you will start to notice many more subtle iois that you didn't before. For instance, when I first started, I began to realize that a lot of friendly girls who were nice to me, weren't just nice to me, they were just sending me iois and I just didn't realize it before.

Why would a random girl be nice to you for no reason? She was intrigued by what she saw. A combination of you good looking, well groomed, fun, social, and preselected, made her want to dip her feet. Now that she introduced herself, she is seeing if you are witty, intellectual, and can convey that you have high value by disqualifiers (aka negs), DHV's, and body language.

Also, if she introduces herself to you, then you can accelerate your game as she already has attraction towards you. It is pretty much an invitation to show attraction towards her, but you still have to be playful and not creepy.
