I suggest you go in and have some fun with her. Say something cocky, funny...stand out from the crowd of dorks that approach her with tired pick- up lines. You can use her as 'practice' to hone your skills...at the very least.
If you get somewhere with her, great, if not...oh well.

FYI...It's very difficult to get a girls number by simply passing through during a purchase because the time it takes to build some attraction or rapport is limited, but that doesn't mean you can't have a fun interaction. And if you can have a 'fun' interaction, she will remember you (very important) the next time.

like sinful say get her to interact with you more. Get her involve in your shopping. drag her all over the store helping you look for stuff. be cocky-funny, neg, push-pull. basicly make her day at work fun dont be like the other 100 guys that simple just ask her question and lame pick-up lines. I'm sure then you can get a #close. Use time constraint. "hey i need your help but i dont got much time!"
