Okay so i just got a text from a girl i have known for a while. In my afc days i tried to pursue a relationship with her but she wasnt ready and i took it as a shit test brushed it off and kept with it but not giving her the privilege of having me as a friend or a guy to hang out with. I have been freezing her out with some success and i need a little help assessing my situation. I have hung out with her on and off and always been the fun guy that all the girls talk to and show lots of preselection and dhv.

Her: "are you working tonight?"
Me: "No but i have a dumb meeting for work waaay out in the city"
Her: "Sigh fiiiine"
Me: "No sighing. I will be free soon and i will call you."
Her: "I can sigh all i want. I just want to tell you something but you always have work."

the tell you something got me thinking

Me: I dont like work either. What are you doing this saturday?
Her: Something with you after work.
Me: Well its my day off. So we have the day.
Her: Goodie.

How should i address the "tell you something"? Wait till saturday and just continue what i have been doing? I want a relationship with her and am thinking that is what she wants to tell me. She wouldve told me over text or phone if it was just some trivial thing. Thanks for the guidance guys and i appreciate the help.

Girls play games all the time and they are hard to read through text especially in that conversation. I don't want to burst your bubble of happiness, but my advice is to take things casual and spit your best game and make her come to you.

You sounded a little too eager in that text, and believe me if she wanted a relationship or anything close to that you would know. I would go into this battle with my game face on and play a little hard to get.

Your now in her game because you are obviously eager to know "what she has to say" instead you want to make her eager to TELL YOU "what she has to say" There is nothing better than making a girl anxious in this situation.

she seems annoyed with the fact that you're always busy. this is good because it shows that she wants more attention from you and that you're not falling for it.

what that text says:
you're always busy with work and it annoys me. i really do want to see you though so i'll take what i can get.

just a heads up - she baited you with the "i want to tell you something" and you fell into it by suggesting saturday. now, this isnt bad but i would've mentioned that you still had some other things to take care of on saturday to make her compete a bit more for your time.

keep doing what you're doing. dont mention this convo at all ever or else you'll seem desperate.

remember, she knows that telling you that she wants a relationship will leave her feeling very vulnerable and expose her to rejection, so my advice would be to DHV and throw in a few subtle IOI's whilst getting in some light kino to make her feel more comfortable and to make you seem less likely to reject her.

feel out the vibe that you're getting from her. check for IOI's. if you're getting a good vibe and a few decent IOI's then i'd definately go for mystery's kiss test, even if she hasn't said anything about dating you yet (though this will definitely get her to tell you if that was indeed what was on her mind)
