I wonder if any of you can help me with sticking point i have.

There's a girl that gets on my bus in the morning who i would quite like to N Close.

She gets on at my stop and the journey takes an hour. I wanted to approach straight away but wondered if i should make eye contact first to test the water, so to speak. I also didn't wan't her to feel she would be stuck talking to me for an hour so i waited for my next opportunity.

Anyway as i reached my stop i noticed she was also waiting to get off the bus. I was tempted to be chivalrous and let her go first but decided to go against protocol and walked past her.

As i waited to leave the bus i noticed she was standing behind me...our hands accidentaly touched as we reached for the same support pole while waiting for the bus to slow down and stop. I turned round and made some cheesy remark relating to how the bus had been rerouted because of tailback on the Motorway. She smiled and then we got off the bus and went our seperate ways.

My question is...will this build familiarity and if so how should i follow up i.e can i approach and try to build a rapport?

Yes and yes. This is a very promising scenario .

But beware - building familiarity and rapport without attraction and escalation will get you LJBFd. There's tons of methods out there, but they all advocate to make things sexual when the time is right (after she's attracted and earned your interest for legitimate reasons).

that sounded almost movie like.. "are hands touched as we reached for the support pole". But yeh try and sit neer her and comment on something about her, (not body!) caht a little bit each day and give her a nickname ect ect, jsut build it up
