Posts: 35 | | Hi guys- I'm reletivly new to this forum so i thought i would put my idea on the newbie threat.
this is just a new idea that has come to my mind.
Example: a HB is alone. crossed arms, looking defensive, you know what i mean...
Then you approach and say: "whats up with you; you look like you have just got back from a morgue. why do you look so unhappy?"
This is just off the top of my head.... this is un-tested, i was thinking of trying it....
can i have some thoughts or maybe you have a even better opener.

Location: Belfast, N. Ireland | | Openers, openers, openers... always with the openers. Just say hi - it works 60% of the time, all the time. Asking what's wrong with her sets you up for all kinds of negative responses, and that's something you should be trying to avoid. She's more than likely just gonna say "nothing" and you can plow on after that, but if she really is in a bad mood she could just be rude and tell you to mind your own business.
