I actually disagree. While stuff like that works perfectly for you face-to-face, you can't read tonality and shit like that on the internet. It's not going to come off as a neg, it's going to come off as offensive.
What I would do is just start getting her to qualify herself to you by asking questions. "Well, do you like parties? How crazy can you get?"
Can't say for sure, though. You never really know how someone's going to interpret the tone of your writing. Get out of the house and talk to girls in real life.
Savior I think you would probably do well with PW's neg, if you follow it up with a smiley wink and a qualifying question like Chief suggested. It's true that it is difficult to read the tone behind typing, with smileys and a quick question in the next sentence she will know that you are just being playful.
It really depends what stage you are in with this girl though. I think you might want to move into an opinion opener and an anchoring story if this is your first encounter with her.
