There are songs I listen to on my iPod to help strengthen my frame. Before I go gaming I just plug in my earbuds and listen to the following:

Motorhead- The Game
Poison- Talk dirty to me
The White Stripes- Seven nation army
ZZ Top- Legs
White Zombie- Thunder kiss 65
Saliva- Ladies and Gentlemen
Paul Stanley- Live to win
Papa Roach- To be loved
Ozzy Osbourne with Therapy?- Iron Man
Motley Crue- Same ol situation
Lustra- Scotty doesn't know
Kiss- Lets put the x in sex
Kid Rock- All Summer Long
Def Leppard- Pour some sugar on me
Collective Soul- Gel
Buckcherry- Crazy Bitch
Bon Jovi- It's my life
Alice Cooper- House of fire
AC/DC- Touch too much
areosmith- Love in an Elevator
Cheap Trick- Surrender
Bon Jovi- Bad medicine

These songs rock, and get me in a good mood. When I'm in a good mood, I feel more like sarging than if I'm in a "just ok" mood. Your mood is a part of your frame. If your mood is off, your frame is off. If your frame is off, then your game is off. If your game is off, then you will end up "getting to know yourself better" at the end of the night. Try the music before you sarge, and your game will thank you.

Nice thread and tunes, personally i like to hit the gym a couple of hours before and have some hard trance/house. It gets the adrenaline going and when i head out i find my "energy" levels are high enough to go between sets comfortably.

It s unlikely that people will listen to the stuff i do though :P the music is pretty hard and ear bleeding :) however if there are guys that like that ill note down my main playlist ... but good luck getting hold of the different remixs
