hey guys i've been browsing on the net and this may seem obvious to you but being a newbie and all I find it kind of strange that two men with two different philosophies are BOTH successful with women. So they must have some stuff in common, basically inner-game.

So what does that mean for the other stuff they present?

Is it all unnecessary?

Zan chases women
Mystery MAKES women chase him (but has more complicated and subtle stuff to do)

Is that right? Cause that's what it said on some Zan fan forum.

As you can tell I'm real confused. and I KNOW it shouldn't matter but it does matter! I want to know your opinion on the subject, what do you guys prefer? (Or am I just way off-base?)

Yes actiually the iner-game is the most important thing, when you get your shit togeather and feel good and confident about yourself the things will happen on thei own. David Deangelo is the best or Iner-Game

About the different methodes. There are 100 of different teachers. The methodes are diferent in many ways. But what i have noticed you will have to find the method what fits you the best in witch you feel comfortable.
Usually it will be the mystery method becaouse its not so - STREIGHT UP.
But try it for your self.

well i would prefer zan coz its all about romance and that fits my attitutde and believe me i am always comfortable being straight when i tried MM i could never get to A3 coz i couldnt disguise my intention and i was not congruent and i not comfortable but after adapting the zan's outlined mindset the game has sky rocketed i now openly flirt wid gals and i will be more and more successful in the future

Well, I disagree that it is an easy question. It is not really the question you want to ask yourself. You want to ask yourself what you can pick from the two methods to make it work for you. Almost all of the good people on this forum uses stuff that they have stitched together from various sources or came up with themselves.
The MM is a great way to start since it gives you an understanding of the game structure (how not to creep a girl out). After you have built a little inner game you can move on to go more natural.

If you look at all the masters of pickup or the real uneducated playboys they have one thing in common, confidence and attitude. This is what we are after. We want to build the confidence to be able to run natural game. The MM gives you a head start (faking confidence) so that you will end up with real confidence built on that you have had successes before... The routines are not really needed in the end. If you remove all skills and all techniques from any given PUA you have their acquired inner game left. Basically this is all that is needed.

But to get there, it can feel good to get a few routines going so start out with the MM, it is one of the easiest ways of getting started. As you progress, trash the stuff you do not like or do not need. We are not out to create Mystery-clones...

As for guys who do things completely differently getting good results: yeah, that's about how it works. Each man is different. We're going to express something different when we're in set. But we can both pull.

I guess this is like asking why, say, 311 and Beethoven are both awesome, even though they're nothing alike.
