| I'll make this as short as I can.
I met this girl where I work early this year (All this before I learned about PUA routines, typical AFC stuff...). She ends up getting my cell number off a friend (from work) and makes first contact with me. On our second phone call, she ends up getting stuck in a snow storm, so I volunteer to come and pull her out with my truck. She offers to buy me dinner, so we have dinner. Not really getting any signs from her, I didn't escalate anywhere and called it a night (hug-close LOL). We had a few more converstations on the phone and then she stops calling me. So I send her a text and dont hear anything back, so I say screw it and get ready to move on. A month later or so, I call her ask if she wants to catch up. I left it open so that if she wasnt intrested she could have easily gotten out right there. But she didn;t and said, she has to check her work schedule but would be up for doing something. i told her to call me when she finds out and we'll set something up from there. she doesnt call back. so another month or 2 goes by...
so last week out of blue she calls me (on a sunday), tries to blame me for not calling her (even though i did) and offers to meet up. i suggest dinner on thursday, she says ok. i tell her i will call her on thursday and confirm what time to meet (i dont know when my work will finish that day). so i call her, no answer i leave a voice mail. about 3 hours later around 6pm i send a text message asking if she still wants to go out. she sends a msg back saying
HER : "oh, sorry sweetie i forgot."
So i got really pissed off
ME : "yeah, whatever"
HER : "dont be a hater"
ME : "well have fun doing whatever it is your doing."
HER : "I'm at home, ass"
*Why couldn't she still come out if she was at home and forgot. the logical response would have been "oh i forgot, give me 45min to get ready..."
ME : "Whatever, maybe later"
and no answer after that.
So the only reason I pursued this as long as I did, was to get a definative answer (which i never got). but it seems like she's just dicking me around. this was one severe case of one-itis. so basically today i feel like shit, want to hit some clubs, but don't have any friends that are in town right now. (most work out on the road). i'm pretty sure i did the right thing, she was taking up way too many resources to be a good gf or anything, not reliable (in terms of calling back, meeting up places). any advice or suggestions??
