Alright new to all this, so I got questions. What is and IOI? And which frames are the most effective?

IOI is an indicator of interest....Once you know what to look for they are super easy to spot! I find when a girl is into me she will touch me and laugh and strive to get my attention.

Touching IMO is the key IOI....It means a girl feels comfortable around you.
