Either way, I don't think freezing her out is going to do much in this case since, to be honest, it sounds like you put yourself in that position. After you fucked up on the second date, why the hell would you not fuck her on the third date??? She must have lost interest by now. Your best bet is to ask her out one more time and, if she says no, just move on.

PD: Uni doesn't involve nearly as much sex as you would think.
