I for one hate keyboard jockeying, but I happen to be very good at it.

First off, don't get overzealous. If you jump at the chance to hang out, you'll lower your value. Bust on her for taking so long to reply. Tell her she lost five points for not replying sooner or that she's blowing it with you. The Push. Then ask what would you do IF you decided to hang out with her or another IOI. The Pull. Keep the baiting going until you either finally meet or you start discussing deeper things and go into the comfort stage i.e. "what do you want to be when you grow up" "what was your childhood like" etc.

Keep me posted on what happens. I got a shit ton of field tested material for online gaming.

Tell her she failed the first question, as I don't see any answers to it. Then tell her if you guys are gonna hang out you're going to need her number, since thats usually how it works.
