I was at my favourite club on Saturday and the shooter girl who works there and recognises me as I'm a regular walks up and says "Hey, you got your haircut" I was like yeah, suits me doesn't it? and she replies "yeah, girls notice these things" She sat next to me and we chatted briefly. She doesn't even try selling me shots anymore as she knows I never buy them (those shitty test tube things)

Later on that night I was sat by the dancefloor and she comes over again and tells me its her last night working there and started joking around saying she was gonna miss me and stuff. I then offered to buy a couple of shots off her for me and my mate, yes AFC but I was also pretty drunk and thought fuck it its only a couple of quid and shes a nice enough girl (also hot as fuck by the way, HB8) She then leant in and kissed me on the cheek and said that next time I see her she won't be working and will be able to enjoy herelf properly or something like that. And off she went. Never attempted a #close as I was too unsure if she was for real or not.

Now looking back on it I reckon I was getting definite IOIs even though I made no real attempt at gaming her (I'm still a total novice but I have improved my overall confidence and body language a lot) Thing is, shes a shooter girl and obviously paid to flirt with every man in the building. But I've never seen her kiss anyone, even if it was just on the cheek. Also the comment about next time I see her she'll be free to enjoy herself. Seems pretty blatantly an IOI but theres still this damn voice in my head saying "Nah, no chance with a girl like that" which has always been my attitude and a prime reason why I've tried geting into the game. Then again maybe she was just flirting but she knows my face pretty well and I'd already bought the shots off her so she needed not bother.

Basically, I need to hone my skills at recognising IOIs. If she hadn't been a shot girl I'd have been in no doubt she was interested I can say that. But the old AFC voice is still there telling me I'm not worthy of good looking girls and this has obviously got to change. Guess if I do see her in there again I'll have to find out for sure!
