Any ideas how to pick up girls at work/in office?

Hi I am working in a big company. Our office is laid out in cubicles. In office floor there are a few girls I want to initiate a pick up, but clueless how to start the conversation, because i don't know them & they don't know me.

Any ideas or techniques i can use to do the pick up & follow thru?
