Just looking for some advice really.
I work in an office like most people and to be honest I do find it restricts my personality.
As you have "office politics" and you can't be seen to offend anyone or hurt there feelings lol.
Anyway I have handed in my notice as I have been offered another job closer to home doing less hours and been paid more.
There is this girl at work (call her sam)who is really friendly and likes my banter she never reacts to it as she knows its a joke. However recently one of her work colleagues (call her fiona not that is her name) has also shown a bit of an interest saying things like "oh your really funny" or you can't say that.
Generally I don't game at work but as im leaving ive done it a bit.
Anyway to cut a long story short this girl Fiona has been flirting with me alot. I have been bantering with her alot too. However the difference between Fiona and Sam is that where as Sam will not react to what I say..Fiona will get more feisty and react back..until recently it has been fairly playful.
We use SPAM for Business at work and on Friday I messaged her saying oh im leaving in an hour, she said ok MR show off, I said i'll wave at you from the car park, she said I will close the blind, I said can you reach
Her next reply really caught me off guard she said that "Nathan thinks I should go to HR for Bullying her "
Honestly he sounds like a typical White Knight thinking if he is nice to her he might get laid.
I suspect he likes her and he saw me as a threat.
She had invited me Sam's birthday party today but looks like that is off now because of this cock blocking white knight.
To be honest she isn't all that but I really want to do this white knight guy over. (Verbally not Physically)
I did react a little and said ok ill buy you a drink on sunday.
I have read a few ways to disarm a white knight i.e I could of just said well maybe he is jealous because I didn't get him a cake?
Or why are you going to HR have you done anything wrong.
How would you respond to a White Knight in an office situation I know its not easy.
To be honest she is a bit fat so I don't really care that much about her.
