As a person I seem to retain streeful feelings quite easily and (being an introvert) in order unwind, I need to stop moving, or even be alone for a while. I don't imagine these songs would be well approved by any zeitgeists these days, but God I just hate the likes of 'counting dollars'. Being the way I am, perhaps going out alone isn't a good idea - it can be quite an alienating experience. And if you spend 80% of your time not interacting with people, it's hard not to daydream, and thereby not be in the 'now'. I think I need the sense of purpose you get from having friends around. In a way, I wish I could enjoy alcohol, and the shit music they play at clubs.

I'm not really an 'Uptown funk you up' kind of person. It's just not my way of being happy. When I'm in good mood, I'm more of a 'Bennie and the jets' type person. But in moderation, I love this frame of mind, especially with a cup of tea, and feel that people don't know what they're missing. That's the way I'll always be. So hope I can seduce girls more efficiently by being this way.
