Don't ask her to plan a date lol. I wish there was a website where you could Google fun things to do in her area. A guy on this forum recently let a girl lead the date, and it ended with him being at a bar with a girl and they ran into all of her ex boyfriends friends who ruined the date. Think about that for a while. Don't waste a trip by letting something like that happen.

Also, you sound overly invested. Just ask her when she's free, set a definite date, then look at something cool to do and let that be the end of it until the day of the date. Easily done.
