I have a coworker that was giving me alot of incidental contact so much so that she was up on my side and i could clearly feel her boobs on my arm 2 times, was just wondering does that count as an ioi or would it be considered incidental and if it is ioi should i go higher on the escalation scale should such as palm reading or arm around shoulder rather than just continuing incidental contact.

I wouldn't escalate in the workplace for obvious reasons. I would advise against gaming a coworker. She would be of more value to you as social proof or preselection when you invite her out to a social gathering or happy hour.

One of the most important principles here to me is the idea of "Assuming Attraction" assume a girl is interested in you. I don't care if a woman rubs her tits on my arm or coughs in the same room I'm in, I'll assume she coughed just to get me to look in her direction.

Give yourself every excuse to approach.

However, this is your Job. And if your second guessing yourself you may wanna just take it easy. Its never worth it anyway, unless you think this is your wife to be.

There are plenty of women you can speak with outside of the work environment.
