What a word right?

Determination. It's what's keeping you going to getting better at this game. You're the main character of your life's story. What's your level of determination?

0 - being you couldn't care less

If today you weren't operating at level 10 don't worry about it. Want to operate at that level? If you can't see by the massive amount of posts I've made in such a short time, I'll tell you that I do operate at that obsessive level.

You want to be more like that right... so here's how you do it.

Immerse yourself in the world of determination. Watch crank, or any movie like that where the hero has to succeed or die.

Find a few real life people who used determination to change the world and study their lives. Isaac Newton is a great start.

Mix Martial Arts fighters (specifically the champions) have this quality in ass loads.

Watch Jon Jones vs Alexander Gustafsson and see how Jon Jones breaks Alexander's will in the last round with his determination.

Go Run.

Make a point to jog for 30 minutes at least 5 times a week, and sprint the entire last quarter of a mile. You will hear that inner voice telling you to quit, to give in, to give up. Running is the best way to silence that voice, you literally will your way through that last quarter mile, and it gets easier each time.

You'll soon find it easy to silence that small voice about talking to women.
