so I've been told by family and friends that I'm socially awkward and need to work on eye contact/conversation skills. I was just wondering what are some guidelines/ tips for eye contact with talking to one person and eye contact talking to 2+ people.

It has to come across natural. You don't want to be the creepy guy focusing intensely on someones eyes while you're speaking to them. You want to be lightly gazing into the eyes of whoever it is you are talking to.

I would suggest you practice walking the streets and looking into the eyes of every woman you come across. Holding the eye contact until she looks away. She'll do one of four things.

Look up - Meaning: I think I'm above you.

Look left or right - meaning: I'm indifferent toward you.

Look down - Meaning: I'm in full submission to your masculinity

Stare: meaning: Have sex with me.

Practice with every woman, black, white, fat, or skinny until you get comfortable looking into the eyes of the opposite sex.
