How do I DHV without bragging?

My DHV (in my eyes).... I will eventually be buying apartment complexes left and right. I have a book that will be published on amazon in 4 days. I am writing a couple more that will be on there soon.

I have lived homeless for months at a time. I broke my neck and back and have a spinal cord injury. I've been hospitalized, etc....

Is this all bragging? How do I DHV without bragging?

What should my value be? (If I were a man that women liked?)
