anyone here a bartender ?
I have a bartending job during weekend nights. I really want to step up my bartending game because at the moment it's almost nonexistent.

for people who don't bartend, allow me to elaborate some of my issues.

- you have like no time to do some small talk with HB's because you're always working and serving everyones drinks.
- you can't leave the bar
- no place/time for physical escalation
- 90% of the grils don't stay till closing hours
- bar counter = physical obstical
- if you do manage to land some small talk it's bothersome and irritating when other customers call out your name to shift your attention to them because they want to get served.
- obviously you need to be direct to get some attention which at the same time putts a lot off pressure on you because you don't want to scare the customers and always try to keep them happy

So..if you guys do seem any way I can get passed these obstacles feel free to share

Some quick tips-
Ask them what are they doing later...(Broadcasting interest)
and make the statement "you'll forget about me later tonight/tommorow...you wont remember me", they'll say we'll remember you! Oh yeah? Then pull out your phone get their number. Ok I'll text you later. "Remember me?"
