So I have been salsa dancing for a few years now and I am pretty good, and it started out as a "just get out around people" kinda thing. But Now, I am starting to pay attention to body language, read about it and stuff.

So I am starting to notice that when I dance with some women, they lick their lips quite provocatively. This has happened to me before but I havent really noticed it until now, and the more I think about it the more I am sure its a sign for a good makeout.

Now here's the thing, the salsa place I frequent is kind of a conservative place, and I would like to JUST KISS these girls, but doing it in the middle of the dancefloor would kill my reputation amongst the regulars.

So I was wondering, if anyone has any good ideas for getting a girl isolated and then going for the kiss somewhere?

You want to get multiple IOIs before you go in for the kiss close. Also, you're correct in saying that the middle of a salsa classroom dancefloor is NOT a good place for a makeout, in any way shape or form. Having taken salsa lessons myself, I wouldn't go for the kiss close unless I'm 110% sure.

Personally, I don't think makeouts at a salsa class is a good idea, period. I think moving the interaction somwhere else (e.g. nearby bar) is a much better idea. That being said, you could isolate and test for compliance. Here are some things to test for compliance before isolating.


1. Watch her eyes and make eye contact. You can almost always tell if a girl wants to or is willing to kiss you through the specific type of eye contact.
2. Hand holding - hold her hand and then lead her somewhere in the venue, best place is a bar for an innocent drink. Hold for a couple seconds then let go, but keep your hand in the vicinity. If she's not comfortable then she'll pull her hand away immediately or after a few seconds. If she's comfortable she'll keep her hand in the area.
