Hi guys,

I have started doing cold approaches on the streets, restaurants, shops e.t.c. and I would like to record my approaches. I also approach anytime during the day when I feel like too like getting coffee, food, walking e.t.c.

Thats why I think I want a microphone which I can have on me throughout the day, recording everything which I can listen at the end of the day to see how I have been doing. Now, it would not be possible to listen to full 10-12 hr recording but if I can play part of recording based on the time it was recorded (like 2pm, 4pm e.t.c.) as I will definitely remember the rough time any interaction happened.

Can someone please recommend one they are using and can address this use case? I want to play the recording for specific times of the day when approaches actually happened.

Just use your smart phone

However, I understand you like to critique yourself but having microphones and cameras can defo hurt your results since you're not being spontaneous or authentic.
