I been out of the game over 3 years was with someone now it feels like I am having to restart my game.
I chatted up this one girl on pof she is pretty open told me she has nipple piercings on the 3rd msg. We started talking about smoking weed and I told her I roll a mean blunt and we should smoke which she agreed to. I asked forher number after this but where do I go from here? Do I ask her to send me a pic for her contact start escalating or what? I'm at a lost and I'm thinking too hard of what to say, which I shouldn't be thinking it should be smooth, I'm at a stall.

Sounds you need to lose a couple girls on your own so you can learn the art of not giving a fuck. Theres not much anyone can tell you here, because you will still have the emotions that you are currently having. And unless I tell you every text to send you'll fall into your normal emotion. And even if i did that, you would still overthink once she arrived at your house.

Game is a muscle, and emotional muscle. You don't use it, you lose it. It has to be worked out to maintain.

No escalation is needed.. All you have to do now is smooth coast to the finish.

A simple text like " Hey, its ____ from PoF.. When are you free this week" should take care of it. But I'd suggest you grab a few more so you can rid your mind of the scarcity thats causes you to overthink.
