I take it I don't call or text back but should I try in like a week.
Basically I didn't lead the conversation. I hadn't talked to her in 7 days and I had told her to call me when she got her life together because she was super busy, she didn't call so I did. Then I asked he what she was doing and what's up with her, she hung up. lol. What's the next step on this one?
Do you think it's a shit test or flat out NO to me

If she hung up on you intentionally, this is probably a dead fish. You need to build more attraction and rapport in person before you get the number.
