Been on 4 amazing dates with this girl, we get along really well. Only problem is there isn't much physical intimacy like we don't hold hands and kiss each other all the time, we kiss each other on the lips at the start and end of the date but that's about it. She says we are dating and she doesn't want to feel pressured because we met online. Is it normal that we don't have much physical intimacy by the 4th date?

She also said its early days and wants to be more comfortable round me and get to know me. How do I introduce more physical intimacy? I'm quite a shy person and worried she will think there's something wrong. Has anyone got advice?

Try to be touchy on the next date. You need to kino. No kino means no physical intimacy. If you're shy it's gonna come off as a bit awkward no matter what you do so the key is just to do it.

I've had some really intimidating moments with kino. I think that this is the scariest step when learning PUA, but after kino it all falls together.

The poster above me is correct. You HAVE to initiate some sort of kino escalation if you want the next date with this girl to progress to the next level.
