Do you have any advice (or know some source where I can learn more about) on how to engage a group of friends and have great conversations with all of them , make them feel good etc(male and female friends) ?

Give out lots of positive energy and fun to the group. Match their energy or higher. Open the guys first, compliment them, find commonalities and have them introduce you to everybody and break rapport with the girls.
