Also, for reference: You have been on three dates and kissed already. So saying hello with a brief kiss on her lips and holding her hand throughout the date should be entirely fine. Personally, I would do it.
Also, have you thought this through? What is the plan after the movies? Dinner? Maybe offer to cook something amazing for her at her place (since she is giving the place and all)?
