I notice when I put a list together of things I need to do and achieve through out the day, even simple things, shortly after a few days I am not even looking at the list anymore. I don't know how to break out of this. But yea. Any advice or tips/exercises I would really appreciate. Thanks!

Try Scrum or use a Scrum taskboard. The idea is to keep your list to just a few tasks, say, 4 tasks for the day and complete everything in a sprint-- something like a duration of 8 hours.

A set of 4 tasks will be one story. Say your story for the day is doing your laundry. You'll need 4 tasks for this as follows:

Task 1. Set an appointment with one of your FWBs who is available for the day.

Task 2. Fuck her brains out.

Task 3. Ask her to do your laundry.

Task 4. Reward your FWB with a hug and a kiss for a job well done.

Note: Do not work on a new story until all tasks in the story are all completed and done. With Scrum, you'll be able to get a lot of things done by aiming small and starting small.

Breakdown big projects into several stories and then work on at least one story each day. As you get the hang of Scrum, you'll be able to knockout at least 3 stories a day.
