can you come back from trying to rush a girl into a relationship.....if you know thats the reason she put you in the friendzone is there any coming back from that? or should you just move on (planning to explore other option either way)

From my expierence, and this is from quite a few peoples expierence, you should just move on. I am saying this because what you have done is put yourself in what some people call "critical damage" with this girl. Based on what you said:
It's pretty self explanatory that you were being pretty "needy" trying to rush her into a relationship. One of the two mindsets I am currently working on adapting to are the "don't be needy" and "don't care" mindsets. If you look at my journal posted below, you can see what I mean by having those mindsets and how they benefit you. By being needy in this situation, you put yourself in "critical damage" with her. Meaning it will be pretty hard to come out of that. I would just start talking to other people asap to get her off your mind. Maybe download Tinder for your phone. And delete her from your inbox. Not your contacts, but your inbox, so you are not tempted to text her again/for a while.
