OKAY, so let's jump right into it-> for some reason im feeling kinda paranoid coz the chick im dating (LTR) is in college & I keep on thinking about how hungry those college dudes must be(insecurities creeping up myb?)...
I'm feeling a bit paranoid about my girl being seduced by other players(the guys with shit loads of game- both naturals and experienced PUA's but not bothered about pathetic little AFC's) in the game....

I am probably mind fucking myself & acting all AFC'ish but hey its a possibility coz who knows how good other dudes game might be?
Another thought tht comes to mind is "Don't hate the playa hate the game" and yeah I'm not hating no playas im just too familiar with the game and what the playas are capable of

I know im not helping anything by over thinking about it but idk im lost, what do u guys think? Have any of you guys ever been in a similar situation before?

Either you trust her or you don't. But if this insecurity is displayed to your girl, even a little, it could exponentially increase the chances of her getting with some dude because the player may likely make a play for her based on the tried and true "insecure bf" rap.

You are working against yourself here. If you cannot change something, do not worry about it.

If it helps you feel better, I am on the other end of the equation: Me and my class have been studying abroad for over half a year now, and some of my female classmates have long distance relationships, and it would be EASY to seduce some of them (for instance, there is a girl who wants to "hang out" tonight lol); but I am not doing it because I don't think it's worth the regret and paranoia they would eventually suffer from it (I am only after lays, I would not consider keeping them around afterwards). So there's that. I guess most guys whose game is good enough to have alternatives would do the same as me: why be a bad person when you could just take a free girl? Also, don't let the movies fool you: In my experience, most college students have really poor game.

This is "false-consensus effect." As good as it would be if everyone were as altruistic as this, it does not happen to be that way.
Imo this is 100% true, but he is not referring to most college students. Rather, he is referring to the outliers, i.e. the players.

He is looking at this situation without rose-colored glasses which is pretty wise if you ask me. But the best thing he can do is to trust his girl. If he doesn't or can't, move on; it's not worth the frustration.

Oceanx- Yeah very important point you mentioned bro... im considering playing with the whole "jealousy/insecurity" vibe coz frm I what I know girls love to see their guys act a little jelly but I obviously know the limits lol like I wont over do it to a point where im losing attraction.

Bounce07- Lucky you lol and if only there were more considered people like yourself... and yeah I definitely need to stop watching movies.. I guess im still heavily influenced by social conditioning- its like im still held back with the socially conditioned belief that looks are important ... and dude where I live nearly every guy has a fair amount of game.

Okay so I trust my girl to do nothing that she'll regret and in the mean time when im feeling a bit jealous then im going to express it but in a way thats beneficial to me
