what to do when girl gets offended and over reacts?
I will give you an example.

yesterday i was at a frozen yogurt place. i was in line when this girl and her little brother came in. the little brother cut the line and went in front of me. the girl asked me "sorry, is that ok?" i said yes. at this point i thought she had a good impression of me, I am the gentleman that didnt bitch at her for cutting the line.

i was holding my yogurt cup and she was standing in front of me, and she shook her hair the way all girls do, and some of her hair went in my yogurt cup. I told her "your hair went in my cup. you got some yogurt on your hair" she said "eww...ok i will wash it later"
then I said "you dont have any STDs do you? because i dont want to get any diseases" then she got offended and started over reacting. she said "i have never done anything bad. why would you think i have an STD?" i said "well, you never know." she said "you cant get an STD from hair" I said "I am not a doctor" she said "maybe you should take a health class"

that's just one example. how do you control the situation when a girl gets mad like this?

How you should react is work on your game... those lines were terrible. Don't make jokes about STDs and don't hammer away at a joke that clearly isn't working. Just change the subject completely.
