Question: Was this because of Anti-Slut Defense or she just thought I was a creep? Should I apologize?

Background:
I'm pretty new to Gaming/Sarging structure, I've recently read a few of the books and tried implementing some techniques last night. I was standing at the bar when two girls approached me, they actually used a good one too. After they got their drinks they opened me by doing a cheers, then they started talking to me. The one girl left her friend to talk to me for a while then came back when they were leaving, she showed tons of IOIs and asked me to store her number in my phone so we could meet up at a different bar later. Up until that point I had used some kino but hadn't kissed her.

Later she came back to the bar and within the first few minutes of seeing her again I had kissed her, we ended up making out a few times after that. We talked for a little while longer until her friend wanted to leave. Her friend also had a guy so we decided we were all going to take a cab (minivan) back to my place and order pizza, then the guy that was with her friend said he had to leave with friends. So it was the two girls and I headed back to my place, and the girls repeatedly mentioned making out with each other. I was starting to think my first night actually gaming I was in for a threesome. When we were in the cab the friend ended up coming to our row and sitting on my lap while my hand was on it and she was in a dress. She positioned herself so I was touching her vagina and she looked at me and smiled. I started fingering her, I guess quickly, she whispered "go slower".

We got up to my apartment and when they couldn't decided on where to get for a pizza they wanted to order a cab back to their hotel. When the friend was in the bathroom I started making out with the other girl again and she was getting pretty physical, she was wearing a dress too so I started playing with her vagina.

Her friend came out of the bathroom and said the cab was here, they had to go. I asked her to stay and she said she couldn't she had to leave but that she'd come back tomorrow. I texted her after saying something along the lines of, "Well I hope the hotel rooms nice at least, you're missing out on a comfortable bed here." She replied saying the hotel was really nice. I texted her the next day and she never replied. That's where the questions come in.

Was I just moving too fast? Did her friend talk her out of it? Should I apologize for moving so fast?

Im kinda new here but to me it sounds like the girls were just looking for some fun, they approached you so to me it didn't look like you were creepy (from the way you told your story anyway), lots of IOIs.

I also think you shouldn't apologise, they came onto you so they cant really complain if they didn't like what they received. However the text you sent the girl kind of had a needy/clingy type of feel to it, maybe thats why she was blunt with her response.

That being said I am new to this as well, so all my advice and comments may be complete BS. I tried LOL

It seems to me like the scales tipped when you started fingering the girl in the cab. You didn't have the best technique and that probably turned her off. So after that happened, you were done despite your best efforts. She ended up cockblocking you from her friend as well. It sucks but it's likely you'll never see them again and any attempt to lure them back would just make you look desperate and creepy.

Still, you obviously did better than the vast majority of us by getting yourself into that situation in the first place. Next time, don't get too excited and go for broke too soon. If I had to guess, you probably were fingerbanging her furiously and it just kind of made you seem like an overexcited amateur and not a hot stud worthy of banging.
