Hey guys, how is the best way for that, without make her think that you are a dork?
What I'm looking for is seeing her making some effort to seduce me... But I don't feel so comfortable to just ignore her completely and talk with other girls.

Get out of this mindset. You are the person that does seduction, not her. I understand that your real purpose is to avoid rejection, but it happens to all of us. There is no system for what you're looking for unless you are at an extremely high value.

Why sit back and wait when you can just take the initiative and make things happen?
