A few days ago, I tried meet a girl from my work, but didn't happen. So, after a time I invited her again and she accepted, for the second time.

What happened is that today wasn't a good day to her. She had a fight with her bf.

So, the question is: what should I do tomorrow? How take advantage from this situation?

By the way, the first time that we agreed to meet, she arrived at the place half hour later, but I only waited for 15min...

But, so far, we still having a good time at the work. I always try be playful and avoid excess. And do some kino when I can.

It sounds to me as if you are doing everything right. You are being there and putting yourself in a sexual light, but not coming off as overwhelming or desperate. Just treat it like a normal date, go on with her as usual and, should the subject of her boyfriend arise, just dismiss it. Personally, I would either entirely ignore it and switch subjects or follow up with something light hearted, like "where's the problem? We are just two workmates having some good fun after work!". Other than that... As I said. Game on.
