Best shoes to increase height

I have a pair of lifts to put in my shoes, I'd like to gain 4-5 inches in height. So, I learned cowboy boots are good or something fashionable but my main concern is comfort and price. So if you guys know a shoe that matches all these things please post up the link.

A nice pair of high heel pumps perhaps?

You aren't gonna gain 4 inches from shoes. Own your height and get over it.
