Bingo. Be a man. You fucked up, it's understandable if she's pissed a bit over it, you apologized, it's over. If I really fucked up I wait a few days before I have the talk, but if it's just a bullshit lie you could do it quickly like the next day when she starts fucking with you.
Be willing to move on. If you truly are, she will sense it, and you won't hear about this again.
