So while I was lamenting my inner game (and realizing that I start so very, very many posts, paragraphs and sentences with "so") someone suggested I start a new fun hobby.

I've also been considering trying to find a hobby that would involve me spending more time around women.

That said, I'm much better at picking things out of a list than with coming up with my own ideas... so (see, there's that "so" again) was hoping people could suggest things here.

one thing that would help would be an idea of how to go about starting. For instance if you suggested "learning to paint" how would you go about that? Or pick up basketball... how does that work. (I know the concept of pick up games exists... but no actual idea how it works.)

So have at it!

Id say forget the women. Choose one hobby because you like doing it. If it involves girls so be it but you can pick something you can do alone. If you do something you're not really into because women are there, you might as well just hit the bars or wherever and sarge. Just keep whatever it is in moderation. Once you have something that you like doing, then you can look for something that involves chick's.

Maybe, but if people list hobbies that chicks also like I can pick something I'd enjoy that would also involve lots of hotties.

Either way though, I need ideas...
