Here's the rule of thumb when it comes to pupil dilation. When you approach a woman and her pupils are small (whether in a well lit room or not) that's your key. Now, as you're interacting with her and eye fucking the shit out of her, you should notice her pupils growing bigger and bigger. If her pupils are occupying some 80% or more of her iris, that's your cue that her pussy is getting wet.

You should isolate. You railroad ahead of her token resistance. As long as her pupils are sufficiently dilated, you should persist until you have isolated her.

When her pupils grow small though, eject and isolate her some other day. Most likely, you creeped her out.
