So I've started to use a bit of hypnosis before I game. Been finding it's been helping me move past my sticking points. Anyone else do this?

Typically I do this for about 30 minutes before going out. I basically lie down and visualize how I want my night to go. How I will open up without hestitation and no Anxiety Approach. How I am able to escalate smoothly and close the deal. This is particularly effective if I already know the venue. Where I can easily visualize how all the particulars will be like. Such as the lighting and the music etc.

After I am done my hypnosis I yell out my affirmations to myself while shaving and showering. Cheesy I know but I feel it helps get me into the right state.

It ends up making it feel like I have done this before.

Anyone else do stuff like this? Or am i the only weirdo?

Yeah. Its one of those things you have to do up until you don't have to do it anymore. Its a crutch you use to walk up until you learn to walk without it.

I created a personal audio hypnosis subconscious programming for guys to listen once a day and it works magic. Its worked for them and myself.

However the intent should always be to use it and then get off of it and become self reliant.
