Maybe, but you aren't really going to give her your address right up front(at least we wouldn't do that in the city I live in). You can give her the major cross streets along with the city.

Should I build a little more comfort/game or just go for the number? There's not much to work with.

If what you're thinking is "Hmm, I want to screen her" then you need to use a different opener. This opener implies you want to meet up, not ask her what her sign is and find out her favorite movie and if she cooks.
