I'd argue that going no porn is more important than no fapping. But either way you'll see a difference

What kind of differences are you guys talking about? I've heard negatives like fatigue, but I've also heard a lot of positives?
From what I've read is that porn practically reprograms your brain to understand what sex is. Instead of the visuals and the physical feelings you get from actual intercourse that come from sex, it is substituted by the visions of unrealistic angles/views you get from porn (unless it's strictly POV, I suppose) and the feeling of your palm/grip on your junk. So even if you manage to get the hottie you've been chasing in bed, it just won't feel the same because it's not what your mind was hoping for. Your mind wanted sex, but not real sex, it wants porn, so you may not perform at peak level.
I've also read that porn can give you the same chemical reaction in your brain as a hit of crack, and that's how you get hooked. You want another hit, and unless you can control it, you start to crave something stronger. Eventually, you start to get into kink, and fetishes, and so forth. People have lost everything due to their addictions.
I realize I've gone on about porn when the topic was originally about fapping, but seriously, who's fapping without porn?
Watch Don Jon if you haven't already. Though it does have some triggers, it overall covers this subject.
